Area Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

To manage entire store operations with excellence and ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.
Deliver retail sales & profit according to company objective.
To manage all outlets to perform and growing according to objectives with support of and ability to present analysis, sales tactics, retail insights and etc.
To ensure enough stock on hand, internal store transfers.
Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail staffs, responsible for team building, coaching, training and staff development.
Conduct monthly meeting with all outlet supervisors.
Increase staff's product knowledge and customer service skills by initiate certain activities or training.
In-charge of operational staff recruitment and retention.
Business analysis, promotion effectiveness and set goals to achieve maximum productivity.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
At least 3 years of relevant retail operations supervisory/managerial experience in F&B industry.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Preferably manager specialized in F&B industry or equivalent.
Must be firm and operationally strong, experience in managing few outlets.
Excellent people/interpersonal skills.

Outlet Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

To manage on the day to day operations of the restaurants including managing labor, inventory and supplies.
Ensure and maintain high standards of service, product quality and cleanliness of restaurant follow the Standard Operating Procedure.
Collaborate with manager to review all employee performance.
To monitor the performance of staff and provide the necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain the highest quality of service.
Performing any other relevant duties as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
A full training course will be provided to successful candidates.

Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

To provide good customer service experience.
Cleaning of restaurant and taking of food orders.
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant premise always.

Requirements:

SPM or Diploma in Hotel Management.
School leavers are encouraged to apply.
Relevant work experience is an advantage.
Able to perform shift works.
Local package will be offered to successful candidate.

Kitchen Crew

Job Responsibilities:

To prepare and cook meals in time according to preset Standard Operating Procedures.
To prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, portioning, chopping and storing food.
To pack meals into the containers according to preset portion size.
Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
Ensuring kitchen utensils are clean and organized all the time.
Ensuring the cleanliness of food preparation equipment, kitchen floors and areas.
To sort and store food ingredients.
To report to Head Chef on any identified hazardous situation.
To assist Head Chef in construction of new menu.
To perform tasks requested by Head Chef.
